Further to my last babbling noises, I finally received an email from Travel West Midlands yesterday. Pretty much as I was expecting. Sorry if you think we’ve been unreliable, we passed on your details to the garage so they could have a look (but no specific feedback). Oh, and about the timetables – nothing to do with us, guv’nor. We’ve passed your details on to Centro.

Box ticked for statistics: check. Speedy action to resolve problem: not really. Pffft.
